Now four round-trips in key service
The ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) is increasing the frequency of its intermodal TransFER service Linz-Wels-Duisburg to four round-trips a week from 5 April 2021, thus enhancing its offer for FCL and FTL transport between Austria and Germany with a fixed timetable and attractive transit times.
This nonstop service is a key component in RCG's intermodal network. With its connections to Vienna and on to Budapest, it is the gateway to Southeast Europe. From Duisburg, it also opens up links to the ports of Northwest Europe. (ben)
