New software solutions for Prologistik
The French company DSIA, a developer of software for the logistics industry, is being taken over by the Prologistik Group. With the new addition to its network, Prologistik will expand its business into the French market and gain access to new sectors and regions.
The integrated product portfolio will include a warehouse management system and transport and order management systems. The acquisition is expected to increase the group's turnover to more than EUR 100 million.
Prologistik is represented internationally with locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, USA, Canada and now also France and has more than 2,000 customers. (mk)
