New Skyteam Cargo member gains Gacar 151 certificate
Saudi Arabia’s general authority of civil aviation (Gaca) confirms that Saudi Airlines Cargo fulfils all technical and operational standards and achieves high levels of compliance with the global rules and regulations of aviation security and safety: Gaca awarded the company the operating licence for ground handling service providers (Gacar 151) during the global aviation summit recently held in Riyadh.
On this occasion, Saudia Cargo’s CEO, Omar Hariri (pictured left) thanked Gaca for their trust & consistent support for the air cargo & ground handling industries.
Effective yesterday, 15 April 2019, the carrier has also become Skyteam Cargo’s 12th member. This development will see the world’s only cargo alliance significantly increase its footprint across the Middle East. (ah)
