New president for WBLN
Management change at the World Business Logistics Network Switzerland (WBLN): The former president Anis Khan remains chairman and board member. The Italian Mauro da Ros was elected as new WBLN president for the next two years.
After his graduation from Bocconi University in Milan (Italy), Da Ros' career began in Border Trans Service, Austria's office that specialises in custom clearance. Da Ros then worked for Rhenus Logistics in Italy and joined DHL Global Forwarding as a marketing analyst, global trainer and sales manager.
Ten years ago he re-joined the family business Border Trans as the managing director of the group. In addition, he has been teaching students in the freight forwarding industry master programme MEMIT at Bocconi University since 2012. (mw)
