New ownership for V. Group
V. Group, a global maritime services provider, announced that a consortium led by Star Capital, including Ackermans & van Haaren, will acquire the company from Advent International, pending regulatory approval expected by early autumn 2024. This acquisition aims to strengthen V. Group's financial foundation and accelerate its development.
