New managing partner at AGG
Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) has elected Sean Fogarty as its new managing partner, effective 1 January 2024. He is an AGG-lifer, having spent nearly 20 years with the firm after he earned his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Virginia.
Fogarty currently serves on the firm’s executive committee and its financial partner. He previously co-chaired the corporate & finance practice.
Fogarty succeeds Jonathan Eady, who served as AGG’s managing partner for two consecutive four-year terms and has worked with him throughout the year to ensure a smooth transition. Eady will continue in a leadership role as the firm’s chairman, succeeding Glenn Hendrix.
Under Eady’s management, AGG has grown to more than 200 attorneys and expanded and relocated its office in Washington, DC. AGG has also risen in the ranks of the Am Law 200 and the Chambers and Partners guide. (cj)
