New managing director for Europe
Scannell Properties, an American real estate and investment company, has named Heiko Richter as managing director. Since January 2019, Richter has been responsible for establishing and promoting the company’s business in Germany. His focus is on serving major customers and acquiring real estate for build-to-suit solutions as well as speculative development projects in the logistics and trade sectors.
Germany is one of the company’s six key markets in Europe. Richter has more than 20 years of experience in his field. During the last eight years, he worked on an executive level for Panattoni (Germany), helping the firm to build up a strong market position. Before that, he held senior positions at Prologis and DB Schenker. (mw)
