New man for Weserport

Rudolf Egbert has joined the management of the sea port services provider Weserport in Bremen (Germany). Egbert has worked for Arcelor Mittal for many years, most recently as CEO of Arcelor Mittal Commercial Germany. He succeeds Glenn Kneipp, who resigned his mandate as managing director of Weserport as scheduled and returned to Arcelor Mittal Bremen.

In cooperation with long-standing managing director Heiner Delicat, Egbert’s task will be to create new impulses for Westerport and advance digital processes. He will be responsible for operations in the port, while Delicat will be in charge of the sales, finance and marketing departments within the company’s management. (mw)
