New impulses for corporate management
As a major step in its strategy for the future, Schwarzmüller Group has created two new management posts and appointed Daniela Lorenzer (middle) as chief financial officer (CFO) and Maik Spindler (left) as chief sales officer (CSO).

Lorenzer gained her know-how at Magna, overseeing finances in the components business and complete vehicle production divisions. As CFO, she has been controlling all financial affairs of the Schwarzmüller Group since October 2023.
Spindler, who joined the company in January 2024, brings years of experience in various executive positions in the commercial vehicle industry. (cj)
