New governance for Portsynergy-Euro Fos
After Nicolas Gauthier's departure for Ecuador, the board of Portsynergy has appointed Louis Jonquiere as new CEO of the Portsynergy Group and managing director of the Euro Fos terminal while he retains his functions in Le Havre. Jonquiere joined GMP Le Havre in 2008 as CEO and has played a crucial role in making it one of the highest performing terminals in France. Previously, he has worked for the Bollore Group and Manuci in various terminals across Africa and as regional sales director for CMA CGM.
In order to support him in the day-to-day management and carry out the development projects aimed at supporting the growth of the Euro Fos terminal, Jonquiere has appointed Mathew Paul as director of the Euro Fos Terminal.
Previously, Paul had been technical director of PortSynergy - Euro Fos since 2015. In addition to his new role, Paul has been elected to head Gem Fos and Gem Form. Jacques Nou, formerly Euro Fos Sales director and deputy CEO, takes over the sales department of the Portsynergy Group. Nou has also been elected to the presidency of Semfos in place of Nicolas Gauthier. (mw)
