New generation at A. Hartrodt
On 1 January 2021, Felix Wenzel became managing partner of the management holding of A. Hartrodt, when his father Andreas Wenzel handed over all responsibilities to his son before his retirement, which will come into effect at the end of June.
Together with the second managing partner Jan van Tienhoven, Felix Wenzel intends to continue the Hamburg-based freight forwarding company's existing strategy.
After completing his apprenticeship in freight forwarding and logistics services in Hamburg, Felix Wenzel studied business management and logistics in England. He completed his bachelor's degree and then joined A. Hartrodt Australia. He worked in Melbourne for four years – first as operations manager, later as sales and business development manager. From July 2018, he was managing director Malaysia in Selangor. (ah)
