New drone technology in India
In a step forward for drone technology, PDRL has unveiled the type certification for India’s first logistics drone equipped with Aero GCS software.
PDRL, which specialises in drone products, has leveraged its Aero Megh platform to create logistics solutions for the Indian market. Its newest software is “Made in India” and enables planning, execution, and post-mission data analysis.
Approximately half of India’s drone manufacturers are type-certified with Aero GCS, with the percentage even higher in the agriculture sector. PDRL is looking to be part of the new future for agriculture and civil/defence logistics using its technology. “This edition will introduce features such as autonomous flights, a complete command and control centre, drone tracking, delivery tracking, and more,” says Anil Chandaliya, CEO, PDRL.
