Network expands in greater Cologne area
Rhenus Hilden in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is now handling inbound shipments for the greater Cologne area for the two general cargo cooperations NG.network and Cargo Line.
This consolidation of loads and tours will help the companies to organise their shipments more economically and sustainably. The general cargo cooperations Cargo Line and NG.network, at that time still under the name System Alliance, have already worked together at certain locations in the past. In the future, the collaboration will enable bundling effects and increase competitiveness, the partners said.
Cargo Line is a cooperation for intercontinental general cargo transports. The network includes 55 medium-sized transport and logistics service providers. (ben)
