Neptune acquires Greek logistics provider
Neptune Group’s Neptune Land Services (NLS) has acquired a majority stake in Ferst Logistics to expand its supply chain services. Based in Greece, Ferst Logistics specialises in transport and logistics services for the automotive industry.
The acquisition strengthens NLS's position in the finished vehicle supply chain, whereby Ferst will retain its management team but be integrated into Neptune Lines’ shipping network, combining maritime and land automotive logistics.
Neptune’s main pillars of growth include the development of car terminals and the provision of optimal distribution solutions for vehicles to end customers.
