Multi-user facility in Moosburg
Garbe Industrial Real Estate is pushing ahead with its activities in the greater Munich metropolitan region. The Hamburg-based project developer is creating a multi-user property for Union Investment covering 8,400 m2 of halls on a 16,700 m2 property in the town of Moosburg an der Isar. The centre is expected to be completed in November.
The new buildings can house production plants, commercial operators as well as logistics service providers. One part covering 5,300 m2 of halls and 720 m2 of foces and social space has already been rented out to C+R Hydraulics. C+R specialises in making and storing hydraulic components; from the end of this year onwards they will be delivered from the firm’s Moosburg location to the whole world. The other 3,100 m2 of halls currently under construction are being marketed fo other interested parties. (mw)
