Much ado in Malaysia


With a 300% growth rate in two years, Best Group’s has reached its latest milestone in its expansion in Malaysia. The logistics provider has now been able to achieve an 100% coverage in the Southeast Asian country.

 

Less than two years after its Malaysian launch in December 2022, Best has generated rapid growth rates while building up a comprehensive cargo network. By leveraging automation for its sorting systems and using smart logistics technology, it seeks to cut delivery times, operational costs, and boost efficiency.

 

With e-commerce seeing a particular upswing in Malaysia, the demand for streamlined supply chains has grown, prompting Best to team up with platforms like Shopee, Cainiao and TikTok.

 

This year also marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and China, as Best continues to focus on bilateral trade between the two countries to facilitate cross-border transport. (mk)
