MSK Pharmalogistic opens new distribution hub
The family-run, full-service pharmaceuticals service provider is planning to use the new site in Bensheim (Germany) as a GDP (good distribution practice) and GMP-certified (good manufacturing practice) logistics centre for the storage and transhipment of pharmaceuticals and medicinal products.
The multi-functional property, developed by Panattoni, has a total usable surface area of 10,600 sqm with a height of 10 m to the bottom of girders. It consists of 9,300 sqm of warehouse space. Outside, space is provided for 40 cars, 46 bicycles and two trucks.
To prepare the site for the new industrial and logistics plots, Panattoni revitalised a wasteland measuring approx. 30,000 sqm that once served as a paper and goods warehouse. The Panattoni Park is certified according to the DGNB gold standard. (ben)
