MSC: the Dragon is back

The new Dragon service from the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) is returning to Hutchinson Ports Best. After a change of route since Covid-19, MSC decided to reintroduce the Dragon service linking the Asian continent with the Mediterranean Sea: it will have a new weekly rotation from now on. With a significant reduction in transit times, the Dragon is a competitive maritime service for exporting containers from Barcelona to Shanghai due to its high connection speed.

The shipping company will also launch a second vessel, the “MSC Vega” with a capacity of 13,100 teu, to call at the Best terminal, with another rotation and route than the Dragon service. (lh) www.best.com.es
