MSC lands in Maastricht
Today, 16 January, Atlas Air will conduct the second flight in a service scheduled for every Thursday on behalf of MSC Air Cargo from Maastricht Aachen airport (MST) to Asia (including China). The aircraft deployed is a one-year-old Boeing B777F.
Dean Boljuncic, head of commercial development at the airport, which sees itself as an alternative to Amsterdam, Brussels, Liège and Cologne Bonn, said that “each new route improves our connectivity, that of the region and the Netherlands.”
MSC Air Cargo, the airfreight provider of the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), flies out of Europe from Amsterdam, Liège, Budapest and – mainly – Milan Malpensa. (ah)
