Mosolf Group acquires Stoof
The Mosolf Group has announced the acquisition of Stoof International, a specialist in armoured vehicles and security solutions.
The takeover will take effect on 31 March, subject to approval by Germany’s cartel office, with Stoof continuing to operate under its existing name. The acquisition strengthens Mosolf’s special vehicles division.
The Borkheide-based company specialises in converting vehicles from various manufacturers into armoured transport solutions. Gregory Hancke, a member of Mosolf’s management board, assumes the role of CEO, previously taken by Fred Stoof, who’ll continue as a consultant for the company.
The move aims to drive synergies and the international expansion of Mosolf’s special vehicles sector. (js)
