More than 64 t of goods transported
CD Cargo has had a very tough year. In addition to the dramatic increase in energy prices and almost all other costs, the railway company had to cope with a decline in the volume of many commodities transported due to the lower performance of some industries.
Nevertheless, in 2022, CD Cargo shipped a total of 64.2 million t of goods on its own licence, 1.4 million t more than in 2021.
While the company delivered an increased performance on the domestic raifreight market, it also continued its expansion abroad in Austria, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary, where it is already present and launched its own services in Croatia. (ben)
