More space for DM in Czechia
As part of a site expansion in Bor, Czechia, not far from the Czech-German border, Loxxess is planning to add 68,000 sqm more warehouse and logistics space. The extension is mainly in response to the growing volume of e-commerce logistics services for the drugstore company DM-drogerie markt, for which Loxxess has been active at the site since 2017.
The existing logistics space will be expanded to 145,000 sqm. The new facilities are scheduled to go into operation in Q3/2022.
Loxxess is already represented at two locations in CT Park Bor and counts dm-drogerie markt, HD+, Penny, PYUR, Rewe, Vodafone, ZooRoyal and Weinfreunde among its customers. It is also investing around EUR 50 million in intralogistics systems with automation solutions. (sh)
