MOL WINs again
Tokyo-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) has once again been selected as a constituent of the MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN) for fiscal year 2024, reflecting the company's ongoing commitment to gender diversity.
Constituent companies in the index are selected based on the employment and promotion of women and other diversity initiatives. WIN is also one of the ESG indices for Japanese equities used by the government pension investment fund (GPIF).
In April 2023, MOL established "MOL group human capital (HC) vision," which states the group's basic approach to human capital policy, and one of its basic principles are "diversity, equity & inclusion."
MOL said that it will continue to pursue sustainability initiatives to create an environment in which diverse human resources can play active roles, and to further enhance the group's corporate value and realise a sustainable society. (cj)
