MOL's sustainability goals in Hungary
MOL is acquiring a 15% in Waberer’s, a Hungarian logistics provider, while simultaneously agreeing on future logistics cooperations. The purchase is based upon an agreement between MOL and Indotek Group. At the same time, MOL and Waberer’s defined future cooperations in complex logistics services and various sustainability projects.
MOL aims to implement its 2030+ strategy, which involves supplying the European mobility sector with low-carbon fuels,while Waberer’s wants to become Central and Eastern Europe’s top complex logistics provider by 2027.
