Mode Global picks CFO
The third-party logistics (3Pl) company Mode Global has appointed Max Slivka as its new chief financial officer. Slivka brings more than a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and business transformations to his new role.
“We are thrilled to welcome Slivka to the Mode Global team,” said CEO Lance Malesh. “His extensive experience in all aspects of finance, combined with his strategic mindset and leadership skills, make him the ideal candidate to lead our finance organisation and support our growth strategy.”
Slivka holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Mode Global, he held private equity investing roles at York Capital Management and Pegasus Capital Advisors. Slivka started his career in investment banking at Citi. (cj)
