MLP: revenue up by 51%
In H1/2023, the operating income of Warsaw-based MLP Group, which is developing its operations in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania, reached PLN 185.7 million (EUR 40.3 million), +51% yoy, and ebitda without revaluation amounted to PLN 97.2 million (EUR 21.1 million), +63% vs H1/2022.
Radosław T. Krochta, president of the MLP Group management board: "Despite the challenging economic landscape, we delivered excellent results, driven by a strong leasing performance in Europe. We increased revenue and FFO (funds from operations) by more than 50% in H1/2023."
In H1/2023, contracts were signed for more than 160'000 sqm. The group’s existing portfolio comprises 21 logistics parks. Its strategic goal remains to expand the warehouse portfolio by developing big-box facilities and urban logistic projects. (ah)
