MLP Group expands to Austria
The new MLP Business Park in Vienna is the company's first Austrian project. The MLP Group is a real estate developer that specialises in brownfield sites. The park comprises around 53,600 sqm spread across four buildings. Completion is scheduled for Q4/2024.
The flexibly divisible units – available from a size of 3,100 sqm - are suitable for city logistics, e-commerce, etc. The park is 13 km from the city centre and 23 km from the airport. A photovoltaic system, a green roof and e-charging columns will be installed to ensure sustainability. The aim is to achieve DGNB Gold certification.
"There is currently a significant shortage of commercial and logistics space in Austria and new projects generally do not remain vacant for long. The greatest demand is in and around Vienna, which strengthens our confidence in the success of this project," says Radosław T. Krochta, CEO of the MLP Group. (mk)
