Mission accomplished in Eastern China
In Eastern China, the ESR Group, a major real asset manager in the Asia Pacific region, has completed ESR Wenzhou Ruian Logistics Park.
The logistics facility has a planned GFA of more than 129,000 sqm. It is located in the Wenzhou Ruian Economic Development Zone, Wenzhou, a port city and industrial and trading hub on the southeast coast of Zhejiang, 25 km to Wenzhou Longwan Airport.
Ruian City is home to many manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycle parts. Thus, the ESR Wenzhou Ruian Logistics Park caters to a combination of industrial, manufacturing and logistics storage companies.
The three-storey high warehouse includes an overall concrete-filled steel tubular system that can resist wind and seismic forces and allows for a flexible use of the available space. (sh)
