MHP Solution Group continues expansion strategy
After acquiring three companies, MHP Solution Group, a provider of logistics software that is headquartered in Neustadt am Rübenberge near Hanover (Germany), is continuing its growth strategy. In order to add end-to-end logistics solutions to its portfolio, the group has now taken over TMS supplier Transdata, hardware systems integrator Panda Products and AZ, a specialist in terms of origin of goods and preference determination.
With the new acquisitions MHP Solution Group currently employs a staff of about 300 in ten subsidiaries, comprising nine locations in Germany and one in Spain. Like all companies in the group, the new acquisitions are assigned to one of the following product areas: transport, warehousing, customs or shipping.
Under their own company names the new arrivals will cooperate closely with the other subsidiaries under the brand of the MHP Solution Group. (mw)
