Medium-sized forwarder performs batch of full charters
Due to the enormous demand for transports of protective masks, Emons Spedition, a Cologne (Germany)-based independent, family-run company with more than 100 branches in the world, is exploring new paths and chartering full aircraft under its own direction. Emons' "go global" strategic orientation is thereby being further advanced.
Emons Air & Sea's first full charter landed in Frankfurt on 10 April. On board a converted passenger aircraft were exclusively protection masks for MLK in Halle an der Saale.
The third aircraft took off from Shanghai, where Emons is supported locally by Founder with whom it had recently set up the joint venture Founder & Emons in Taipei, on 17 April. Four more flights in the next two weeks are already booked. Preparations for May are underway. (ah)
