Logistics park in border triangle
Panattoni is building a new warehouse, the Park Freiburg Süd, on a brownfield site in the border triangle between Germany, France and Switzerland. The speculative object is being designed in two self-sufficient hall sections. Companies from the light industrial and logistics sectors are expected to settle here in 2023.
The property has a total area of almost 14,000 sqm. The outdoor areas will provide space for 50 cars and three trucks. The surrounding economic region is home to large number of companies from the chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. The brownfield dates back to the 1980s. (sh)
