LIS implements software in Poland
Paul Schockemöhle Logistics Polska (PSLP) is now banking on Winsped, a transport management software developed by LIS. PSLP chose the LIS system mainly because the developer is familiar with the needs of the Polish market and the software’s multilingualism.
Damian Szampera, a PSLP board member, declared: "Winsped has been on the market for a long while and has been consistently adapted to changes in the operational environment and freight forwarders’ requirements.”
There was only a short time to implement Winsped and there was no transitional period during the changeover from the old to the new programme.
LIS senior project consultant Łukasz Guldziński, who accompanied the project, said the transition went smoothly: "The software’s implementation time was precisely planned right from the start. We kept to the budget and the requisite training days." (mw)
