Lineas picks Bernard Gustin
Lineas' general assembly has named Bernard Gustin, former Brussels Airlines CEO, as new independent director and executive chairman of the board of directors.
Gilles Mougenot will be vice-chairman and chairman of newly to be set-up nomination committee. Geert Pauwels is stepping down as director and CEO. Gustin will steer the Lineas management team that will share the responsibility for the group's day to day operations.
Lineas is Europe’s largest private railfreight operator offering total door-to-door logistics solutions. Lineas’ vision and mission is to realise the modal shift in Europe as a key element of its efforts to achieve the continent’s “fit for 55” climate ambitions. (cj)
