Leschaco Group: changes to management board
Leschaco Group has announced the following changes to the management board (fltr): Constantin Conrad has officially assumed the role of chief executive officer, whereas chief operating officer Oliver Oestreich will retire in April 2024. As his designated successor, Nils Fahrenholz took up the position of incoming chief operating officer 1 April 2023. Steffen Küpper was appointed chief people and culture officer as of 1 April 2023.
Constantin Conrad officially assumes responsibility as CEO for the Leschaco Group, following the unexpected death of his father, Jörg Conrad, in October last year. The position of CDO will not be filled.
Constantin Conrad was appointed to the management team of the group in July 2019 and became sole managing director and shareholder with power of representation in August 2021. (cj)
