Lease conversion of a second B747-8F
Stamford (CT, USA)-based Voyager Aviation Holdings has entered into an agreement with Air Bridge Cargo Airlines (ABC) and Volga-Dnepr Group to convert the operating lease on one of the Russian's company’s B747-8F into a finance lease.
The transaction is the second conversion of this aircraft type operating lease with ABC, part of Volga-Dnepr Group, to a finance lease. The transaction intends to provide Voyager with significant additional liquidity.
In addition, the aircraft will remain in its fleet and the leasing company will continue to receive periodic cash flow to equity.
