Launching a new pack bench
In response to a growing demand for functional and adaptable warehouse equipment, Southgate Global has launched a new modular pack bench. The product is designed as a durable and quality solution for logistics customers.
The pack bench combines four baseline bench models with 20 different parts that can be fitted in position before delivery. While off-the-shelf solutions often do not work for all companies, Southgate’s product can be tailormade based on customers’ requirements.
Built using 40 x 40 mm heavy-duty steel frame, fully welded joints, and a powder-coated finish to protect against corrosion, it is made to last, the comopany says.
Phil O’Driscoll, head of innovation & new product development: “The pack bench plays such a key focal point for packing efficiency and worker ergonomics in warehouses.” The product will thus be relevant for future operations given rising labour costs. (mk)
