Korean Air launches cargo services to Zhengzhou
Korean Air launched a new cargo route to Zhengzhou, China on 25 May 2023. The airline’s fleet of Boeing 777F will serve the route twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays to meet rising air cargo demand for mobile phone and electronic parts manufactured in the area.
The flight will depart from Seoul Incheon at 12:05 am and make a stop at Xi'an Xianyang Airport before arriving at its final destination at Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport.
Home to the world's largest iPhone-Foxconn factory, Zhengzhou is an inland logistics hub in China with an active mobile and high-tech parts manufacturing scene. The area has also seen its economy grow by attracting automotive battery manufacturers and robotics companies seeking to expand their presence in the region. (cj)
