Kombiverkehr adds Italy service
The German intermodal operator Kombiverkehr has launched a direct train connecting the port of Lübeck (Germany) and the Verona Quadrante Europa freight village (Italy). The train run three times a week in each direction.
Furthermore, Kombiverkehr has increased its services by adding three more weekly round trips via Hamburg. The trains offer connections to southern Italy as well as to Sweden and Norway and are suitable for P400 trailers.
In the post on its LinkedIn profile, the company said that it can also transport hazardous goods and waste.
Kombiverkehr operates 162 direct trains a week in domestic German traffic and more than 460 international links. (ben)
