Kinaxia Logistics creates new CEO role
Kinaxia Logistics has appointed Simon Hobbs to the newly-created role of group chief executive. Simon Hobbs has vast experience in the sector, having held senior positions with Kuehne + Nagel, Ceva Logistics and DHL.
Kinaxia Group co-founder Graham Norfolk said: “In line with our recent growth and increase in scale and complexity, we have reviewed our management structure and created a new role of chief executive."
Kinaxia is a top 15 UK logistics group in the transport and warehouse sector, comprising 13 businesses with 1800 staff and 920 vehicles. The group, which has its headquarters in Macclesfield, Cheshire, has 186,000 sqm of warehouse facilities nationwide, offering contract packing, e-fulfilment, returns management and storage services.
