Kick-off for "Kickcharter" platform
Global air cargo capacity has changed substantially recently. Although capacity is growing, it is still scarce. Gaps in scheduled networks are filled by charter services, but not all shipments justify a full-freighter solution.
Air France KLM Martinair Cargo has resolved this by developing "Kickcharter", a collaborative platform, where customers jointly participate in charter solutions to destinations the Group from France and the Netherlands currently do not serve. Once they have sufficient cargo to such a destination, they operate the charter.
