Kezad Group expanding capacity
The Kezad Group is expanding its infrastructure with an additional 250,000 sqm of warehousing by the end of 2025, increasing total capacity to 837,000 sqm.
The warehouse occupancy rate is rising, despite these capacity additions, driven by increased demand from the automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors, as stated in a media release. Kezad is also enhancing sustainability and digital transformation, including a partnership with Siemens for Industry 4.0 technologies.
“By providing cutting-edge facilities tailored to various industries, we’re reinforcing our position as a regional hub for industrial and logistics excellence,” said Mohamed Al Khadar Al Ahmed, CEO of the Kezad Group. According to the company, the expansion will contribute to Abu Dhabi’s global ability to compete. (js)
