Kenya Airways finds GSAs for new routes to Europe
Kenya Airways has appointed GACSA as the Cargo GSA in Geneva (Switzerland) with Swissport providing the warehouse element. In Rome (Italy), Air Cargo IAS has been appointed GSA and the warehouse appointment will be XPH.
Both will provide cargo services for the new four weekly B787 flights of Kenya's national carrier to Rome and Geneva which are launched today, 13 June 2019, offering a belly capacity of 16 t.
Kenya Airways area cargo manager Katrina Hanson: "The addition of these flights will be welcomed by our business customers. Rome enjoys the status of a 'global city' and Geneva hosts the highest number of international organisations in the world, making it a global hub for diplomacy. It is a perfect complement to Nairobi (Kenya), which is also Africa’s hub for the UN among other international agencies." (ah)
