Joint forces in the UK and Ireland
Kögel has entered into a partnership with Horizon to expand its presence in the Anglo-Saxon trailer market. Under the agreement, Horizon, based in Dublin (Ireland), will distribute Kögel’s premium trailers exclusively in the UK and Ireland. Together, the companies aim to establish a strong sales and service network in these markets.
Working closely with Kögel, Horizon aims for sustainable growth in both the new vehicle and aftermarket segments. In the medium term the partnership targets a market share of at least 10% in the UK and Ireland.
The collaboration will focus on key sectors such as international and domestic freight, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and food logistics. The product range includes Kögel’s refrigerated, box and curtainsider vehicles. (ben)
