Joining forces for more green trucks
In Germany, the energy transport company Hoyer is taking a 25.1% stake in the business of Paul Nutzfahrzeuge. The companies believe that this participation creates a win-win situation for vehicle production, energy partnerships, logistics and transport.
The capital increase enables Paul to speed up the development and production of vehicles with alternative drives.
With the participation, Hoyer can accelerate the implementation of its plans to turn petrol stations into cross-mobility hubs by raising the share of alternative offerings such as H2 filling stations and HPC fast charging points.
Hoyer already owns over 250 filling stations and is already working with a subsidiary on its own solar storage systems and electricity storage facilities. (ben)
