Johan Vanneste to leave Cologne Bonn Airport

Johan Vanneste, chairman of the board of Cologne Bonn Airport will be stepping down from his position at the end of the year. The company's supervisory board has accepted Vanneste's request to terminate his contract prematurely on 31 December 2021.

Vanneste justified his decision to the supervisory board with changes in his family environment. He has served as chief executive officer (CEO) Cologne Bonn Airport since 1 May 2018, with responsibility for the operational and technical divisions, ground services, sales and legal matters. (cj)
