Japanese brand relying on ADAC
Fuso, the Daimler subsidiary in Japan, has switched to ADAC Truckservice for breakdown assistance. The service range encompasses on-site assistance and all towing. In addition, ADAC Truckservice handles all administrative processes, such as warranty checks and central billing management.
Should a breakdown occur, the service agents first check whether one of the 179 Fuso partner workshops is in the vicinity and able to provide breakdown assistance. If this is not possible, ADAC Truckservice will forward the request to its own network that includes over 800 locations and more than 3,000 assistance crews in Germany. (ben)
