Jacky Perrenot's new B2C division
Jacky Perrenot group has just announced the takeover of the Paris-based company VIR, which specialises in home delivery of heavy products. The latter has 300 transport vehicles, 885 employees and a yearly business volume of EUR 105 million. VIR's services cover France and, since 2020, also Belgium and Luxembourg.
This takeover, which comes after those of Le Calvez and Mendy, allows Jacky Perrenot group to create a dedicated B2C division with a turnover of EUR 140 million and 1,200 employees to be led by the president of VIR, Jérémy Cohen Boulakia.
Jacky Perrenot group, which achieved a turnover of EUR 800 million in 2020, aims to pass the threshold of 1 billion in 2022. (sh)
