Intellishift picks CFO
Intellishift, the connected fleet intelligence platform for safety and operations teams, has appointed Dan Irwin as its new chief financial officer. As part of the executive leadership team, Irwin will focus on strategy, financial forecasting, compliance, and legal issues.
Prior to Intellishift, Irwin spent six years as a principal at LLR Partners, a growth-focused private equity firm in Philadelphia with more than USD 5 billion raised. Here, he led the firm’s industrial IoT business and helped arrange LLR’s minority investment in IntelliShift in 2021.
Before joining LLR, Irwin spent six years at Goldman Sachs, primarily in the principal investment area. “I am excited by the opportunity to join such an innovative company and play a meaningful role in charting the course of its next phase of growth,” said Irwin. (cj)
