Infosys supports postal power-up
Infosys and Finnish postal provider Posti will be collaborating for another seven years to enhance the latter’s IT operations using AI. Deploying Infosys Topaz, an AI-based service, Posti will be able to boost operational efficiency within its delivery and logistics business. The company will also have access to an Infosys cloud platform supporting next-generation application management services.
The new agreement builds on a previous partnership of five years between both companies, during which Posti modernised its systems and managed cyber threats while improving front-end applications.
Once the implementation of the new technologies has begun, Posti can look to expand its reach in Finland and the Baltics with a focus on digitalisation. (mk)
