Indian newcomer shows cargo ambitions
Akasa Air and Smartkargo have entered a partnership that will digitally enable the launch and growth of the airline’s new cargo business. The Indian-based airline will deploy the Smartkargo solution in all functional areas of its cargo business, serving all its destinations in India. Akasa Air is the country's newest airline.
The new platform will allow Akasa Air to launch its cargo business and meet its goals with robust cargo management solution capabilities and advanced technologies such as business intelligence, real-time information, and machine learning.
The solution will interface seamlessly with the airline's other systems and third-party providers via APIs for fast integration and deployment. (cj)
